The main focus points of the strategy are: Establishing special units in each police district to gain and develop a high level of professional competence, strengthening of the cooperation between police, social authorities and health care authorities and efficient use of restraining orders, expulsion orders and restriction orders.
وبؤر التركيز الرئيسية للاستراتيجية هي: إنشاء وحدات خاصة في كل منطقة شرطة لاكتساب وتطويرمستوى رفيع من الكفاءة المهنية، وتقوية أواصر التعاون بين الشرطة والسلطات الاجتماعية وسلطات العناية الصحية، والاستخدام الكفؤ لأوامر الابتعاد وأوامر الطرد وأوامر تقييد الحركة.
